Randy Newby is the President of Newby Technologies, LLC, bringing over 29 years of extensive experience in the technology industry. For the past 20 years, Randy has specialized in providing tailored technology solutions, including a notable 12-year tenure as IT Director for a prominent property management company.

Randy’s unique background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of various businesses. He leverages this knowledge to offer a wide range of innovative products and services designed to enhance safety, profitability, and overall efficiency. His experience includes state-of-the-art systems, high-definition surveillance cameras, reliable wireless networks, advanced automation, and cutting-edge audio/video systems.

Randy is married to his wife Sherry of 27 years and has three beautiful daughters and one grandson.

Hunter Kramb, Assistant to the President

Hunter Kramb is a dedicated wife, mother, and the Assistant to the President at Newby Technologies. Hailing from Bradenton, FL, Hunter relocated to Culpeper, VA in 2020. With extensive experience as a bookkeeper and payroll technician, she now leverages her expertise to manage social media, payroll, marketing, and various administrative tasks at Newby Technologies. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Hunter is an active volunteer at her church and cherishes quality time with her family.

Nick Trent, Technology Specialist

Nick brings hands-on technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving to the Newby Technologies team. Before joining us, he worked at Best Buy’s Geek Squad, where he not only provided tech support but also performed in-home multimedia installations—setting up everything from home theater systems to smart home devices.

Outside of work, Nick serves as the Tech Director at his local church, where he oversees the sanctuary sound system and manages various technology needs throughout the facility. His wide-ranging experience and commitment to excellence—both professionally and in his community—make him a reliable and valued member of our team. Whether he’s resolving IT issues or fine-tuning an audio system, Nick approaches every task with precision and care.
