Randy Newby is the President of Newby Technologies, LLC, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the technology industry. For the past 20 years, Randy has specialized in providing tailored technology solutions, including a notable 12-year tenure as IT Director for a prominent property management company.

Randy’s unique background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of various businesses. He leverages this knowledge to offer a wide range of innovative products and services designed to enhance safety, profitability, and overall efficiency. His experience includes state-of-the-art systems, high-definition surveillance cameras, reliable wireless networks, advanced automation, and cutting-edge audio/video systems.

Randy is married to his wife Sherry of 28 years and has three beautiful daughters and one grandson.

Hunter Kramb, Director of Marketing

Hunter Kramb is the Director of Marketing at Newby Technologies. Originally from Bradenton, Florida, Hunter relocated to Culpeper, Virginia, in 2020. With a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, administrative support, web development, and design, she brings a well-rounded blend of organization, creativity, and technical skill to her role.

At Newby Technologies, Hunter oversees marketing efforts, social media, payroll support, website development, design projects, and key organizational initiatives. Her work in web development and design supports the company’s mission of helping businesses embrace modern technology through clear communication, user-friendly digital experiences, and visually engaging content. From maintaining and improving online presence to creating marketing materials and supporting digital strategy, Hunter helps ensure that Newby Technologies presents a professional, accessible, and innovative brand to the community.

Hunter is passionate about helping Newby Technologies grow through thoughtful communication, strategic marketing, creative design, and meaningful community engagement. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer at her church and enjoys spending quality time with her son.

Nick Trent, Technology Specialist

Nick brings hands-on technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving to the Newby Technologies team. Before joining us, he worked at Best Buy’s Geek Squad, where he not only provided tech support but also performed in-home multimedia installations—setting up everything from home theater systems to smart home devices.

Outside of work, Nick serves as the Tech Director at his local church, where he oversees the sanctuary sound system and manages various technology needs throughout the facility. His wide-ranging experience and commitment to excellence—both professionally and in his community—make him a reliable and valued member of our team. Whether he’s resolving IT issues or fine-tuning an audio system, Nick approaches every task with precision and care.
